1. Refunds
We kindly request that you review your order before confirming your purchase. It is important to note that all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you wish to return your purchase, email support and we will make sure to get back to you under 48 hours. To initiate a return, please contact us at based04foreva@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the delivery of your package.
* All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 6-10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.
3. What is your return policy?
All sales are final, we do not issue refunds. Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be modified/canceled.
I Placed Two Different Orders, Can You Ship Them Together?
We do not combine orders. Each order is shipped separately.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, it cannot be modified/canceled.
For your next purchase, we kindly ask that you double-check the address you've entered at checkout.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.
6. I Ordered the wrong item; can you change my order before it ships??
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified/canceled.
7. Lost/Missing Packages
Basedforeva is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking states that the package has been successfully shipped/delivered to the address you’ve provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is stolen/missing. For all lost packages please work directly with the carriers to file a lost package claim first before reaching out to us.
